Salute to the ROV industry

Offshore workers....Corrections: MOST offshore workers are the most competent people in the world. We have backgrounds in life-saving/first-aid; water survival - for God's sake we are trained to survive a helicopter crash then survival on the open sea on a 20 man raft and that's just the general training to go offshore. Oh, I forgot fire-fighting. We do that also. I've been in the ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) industry since 2008. Still at this date and time if I go to an interview and tell them I'm a ROV Pilot-Technician they are like "Huh" and I have to explain and show them pictures and Videos. You didn't hear about ROVs during the Deepwater Horizon? Maybe you'll hear about them during this Titanic submersible event.
