Ok, there is taking courses with the company that you work for, but have you ever paid for ROV courses or courses that associate with the ROV field.

-Where is the best place to go?
-Is it best to learn on the job?
I ran across this one and wondered how many people pay for these courses. Over the years I've seen more word of mouth employment OR hire my unexperienced kid or nephew. Maybe this course will help nephew get some experience.
