Mom, I want to become an ROV Pilot Tech!

How does one become an ROV pilot technician? Where do you begin if your dad, uncle, or brother isn't in the industry?

I was putting together an article when I ran across this one by Pratham Pathak on LinkedIn. I created the Subsea Hub for ROV personnel to network so why not share his article. It's very accurate.
